Refund Policy

Returns 
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return without giving a reason. To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@smixs.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return request at info@smixs.com.

Damages and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can assess and resolve the problem.

Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and process the refund.
