There is always a possibility that you may want to return your purchase. Please contact us to start the return process.
There are two possible reasons for a return:
- Every online customer the right to return their purchase within 14 days of product arrival. When you contact us about your return, please provide the delivery date.
- Every product purchased through smixs.com has a two-year warranty. Should your product break down while still under warranty, please contact us for a solution. This may include a return of the product.
After contacting us, we will determine the next course of action.
If your return request falls within the first 14 days, you will receive a form from us to complete your request. If your product is experiencing technical problems, we will first try to help you resolve the issues. If this is not possible, we will provide you with a form to fill out your return request.
Upon approval, we will send you a label for returning the package. Please follow the instructions for both the form and the label to avoid delays in the process.
If you are returning your purchase within the first 14 days, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Upon arrival of the return, in all cases we will test the product before processing a refund or replacement.
