Terms of service

There is always a possibility that you may want to return your purchase. Please contact us to begin the return process. There are two possible reasons for a return:

  • Any online customer has the right to return their purchase within 14 days of the product's arrival. When you contact us about your return, please provide the date of delivery.
  • Any product purchased through has a two-year warranty. If your product becomes defective while you still have warranty, please contact us for a solution. This may include a return of the product.
After contacting us, we will determine the next action. If your return request is within the first 14 days, you will receive a form from us to complete your request. If your product is experiencing technical problems, we will first attempt to assist you in resolving the issues. If this is not possible we will provide you with a form to fill out your return request.

Upon approval, we will send you a label for the return of the package. Please follow the instructions for both the form and the label to avoid delays in the process.

If you are returning your purchase within the first 14 days, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Upon arrival of the return, we will in all cases test the product before processing any refund or replacement.
